Aetna, BCBS, BCN, Humana and Humana Medicare, Magellan, McLaren HMO, Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Plus Blue, MESSA, Optum/UBH, Priority Health Commercial and Medicare, United Healthcare and Medicare. For other insurances you could call your insurance company to see if I am listed as a provider or if they take out of network providers. The only EAP I accept is HelpNet. My private pay fee is $120 per session.
